Screening/Shortlist/Introduction
We screen, interview and assess all interested and available candidates and introduce you to those that we feel are most suited to your opening.
Interview
We work closely with you to organise interviews with preferred candidates and assist you in establishing a robust interview structure and overall process.
Offer Negotiation and Acceptance
We present your offer to the candidate and support the candidate through the acceptance process and resignation process from their previous role if applicable.
Reference & Background Checks
When you have decided on your preferred candidate, we organise psychometric testing, background checks and reference checks, ensuring that all due diligence has been taken in the process
Post-Placement Services
We remain available for placement debriefing for 6-12 months and to provide support to ensure a smooth transition for the new hire.
